Looking to expand on your property? We’re exterior renovation company you’re looking for. Liberty Builders focuses on three types of room additions for your home: insulated glass patio enclosures, porches and screen rooms, and the Eze-Breeze sliding panel porch enclosure. Keep reading to find out which option is best for you and your home.

Insulated Glass Patio Enclosures
Although Liberty Builders of Texas can build you a conventional wooden construction addition, most of our customers decide to move forward with a more energy efficient and maintenance free system. Whether you have an existing roof or patio that you want to convert into air conditioned space, Liberty Builders can help design the perfect enclosure to fit your needs. Not only do we use the insulated aluminum roof and wall panel system in your sunroom enclosure, we build around our premium energy saving windows and doors. Doing this helps your sunroom achieve the best performance in energy loss prevention while benefiting from the best product warranties in the industry. There are multiple color options available for your new room addition, as well as many styles and configurations for your room enclosure so make sure you contact Liberty Builders for a free design consultation.
Porches and Screen Rooms
If you have been looking for a great way to upgrade your current patio cover or need to build a complete patio enclosure, then consider a screened enclosure. We can help you create a great outdoor room to enjoy those bug infested summer days or cool fall breezes. Like our patio covers and carports these screen rooms are installed using an aluminum insulated panel to cover the porch and can even be used as a knee wall that creates a barrier between dirt and debris.
The Eze-Breeze Sliding Panel Porch Enclosure
The porch enclosure system gives you two ways to enclose your outdoor spaces. Vertical Four-Tracks open up 75% of your window area for ventilation, while side sliders open half way. These panels are custom made to fit any space, complementing any style home with clean lines and pleasing proportions. The lightweight, vinyl-glazed panels can be raised to open up 75% of the window area to the breeze, or can be easily removed and stored, leaving screens in place. Panels tilt for easy cleaning and can be ordered in clear, bronze, and gray tints to reduce the sun’s glare and solar heat gain.
For an attractive, spacious and wide-open look, nothing beats the slide slider. Available in two and four track versions, these full-length panels move back and forth at the touch of a finger on corrosion-resistant nylon rollers. Like Vertical Four-Tracks, they can be lifted out easily for storage or cleaning, and ordered in clear bronze, and gray tints. The Eze-Breeze Garage Door screens are an affordable way to get more use out of your garage. Their rugged screens slide across the garage door opening at the touch of a finger, creating a well-ventilated, screened-in area where you can work or play in comfort without losing the ability to park your vehicles. The Eze-Breeze system is lighter and more affordable than conventional glass sunrooms. The tough vinyl glazing returns to original shape within minutes if distorted.

Increase the Value of Your Home

As the New Year begins and you look to fulfilling all your 2017 resolutions, we hope that you remembered to include home improvement among them. Home improvement projects that increase the value of your home are beneficial for many reasons, whether you’re looking to sell or stay, raising your home’s value is not as difficult as it seems. Here are some great tips to help get you started.

Make a plan. List all the things you want to change and improve on your home and research how much time and money will go into each project. After that, prioritize your list and focus on your cheaper or easier tasks first and leave the more challenging projects for last, as they may be less easily achievable due to time or cost.

Focus on one room at a time. Rather than working in several projects at once, focus on one, finish it, and then move on. Don’t stress yourself by overworking or leaving no room available for some R&R. Also, don’t forget about the little upgrades that will increase your home’s value such as replacing old faucets, doors, and outlet plates.

Keep up home maintenance. A well maintained home easily improves its value. Prevent mold before it spreads unchecked and stay on top of maintenance issues before they become expensive problems. This includes your home’s curb appeal. Accentuate your walkway or yard with flowers and lanterns and keep lawn and bushes well-trimmed and healthy.

Don’t forget the bathroom. One room that suffers the most over time is the bathroom. Take care of it or watch your home value decrease drastically. Watch out for mold, dirt, and grime as they can become embedded in surfaces quickly. Under-mount sinks are trendy right now so replace your faucet with those. Also, if you can, replace your countertop with marble or granite and replace your overhead lighting with wall mounds to add a relaxed mood.

Whether you’re looking to sell or stay, your home worth will increase dramatically with these simple tips. Your house will look newly renovated and have amazing curb appeal. Call Liberty Builders today, we can help!
